Ways to help Amber

On August 22, my big sister Amber lost her husband, Brandon, in a tragic accident while they were out spending the morning doing what they loved most—spending time together.

And though her entire world stopped there on the side of that road, the rest of the world cruelly didn’t. The bills didn’t stop. The expenses didn’t stop. Life didn’t stop long enough to let her grieve.

We can’t change what happened or take away what she’s carrying. But we can try to give her one thing she desperately needs right now:

Time. ♥️

Time to fall apart. Time to grieve. Time to heal. Time to process everything that’s happened without immediately having to worry about rushing back to work or how the bills will get paid while she’s trying to find her footing again.

That’s why Barbie Locs is going ALL IN with three fundraisers, in addition to sharing her GoFundMe. ♥️

My goal is simple: take as much weight off my big sister’s shoulders as we possibly can and buy her some time to simply grieve, heal and figure out how to move forward.
