Boho Barbie Locs does however offer a lifetime guarantee with 2 FREE reseals. If you’re not local, you just pay shipping (this includes both to us and back you). If you want your set resealed more than twice there will be a flat $35 fee + shipping both ways.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled time will result in forfeiture of your $75 booking deposit.
Since our products are handmade and often made-to-order, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be underway and we won’t be able to cancel.
